IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics
Journal is published monthly in three parts. Part A, published in odd numbered months of the year, is devoted to systems and humans. Part B, published in even numbered months of the year, is devoted to cybernetics. Part C is published quarterly in February, May, August, and November. The scope of this part of the Transactions, sent to all SMC members, includes applications and reviews in all areas of SMC.
